Load jumps
Sudden extra sessions, mileage, or volume are the usual overuse setup. A small bump is not the same as stacking a new program on a niggle.
Warning signs vs DOMS
Soreness that eases as you warm up is often DOMS. Sharp pain, swelling, giving-way, or pain that changes your gait is not. The quiz will not tell those apart perfectly.
What this cannot see
Form, imaging, old surgeries, bone stress, or a diagnosis. No band here is a clearance to train. No band is a percent probability.
Please read this first
This is screening language only. We do not output a percent chance of getting injured. Sharp, worsening, or post-pop pain is a reason to see a clinician — not to keep training through a quiz.
Not medical advice
This tool is for education and planning. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from a qualified professional.
